As Human Resources Director, Lyn is responsible for managing the benefits administrastion, recruitment, compensation, and policy development for the Institute.  In addition, she holds responsibilities for administration of security and management of all aspects of the BRNI facilities.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from Muskinghum College and an MBA from the Seton Hill University.  Prior to coming to BRNI, she served as Territory Manager for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.  Lyn lives in Washington, Pennsylvania with her husband, Tony.
